Terms of Service

1) Eligibility

• You must be 21+ (or the legal gambling age where you are located, if higher) to use the Service.
• You must provide accurate information and comply with all applicable laws.

2) Social casino only (no real-money gambling)

• The Service is for entertainment and simulated play only.
• No real-money gambling is offered or facilitated.
• No cash prizes or items of real-world value are awarded through gameplay.

3) Accounts

• You are responsible for activity on your account and keeping credentials secure.
• We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts to protect users, the Service, or to enforce these Terms.

4) Virtual currency & virtual items

• Virtual coins/credits/items have no cash value, are not redeemable for money or prizes, and are non-transferable.
• You receive a limited, revocable licence to use virtual items within the Service only.
• We may modify, manage, or remove virtual items, including for balancing, security, or compliance.

5) Purchases, subscriptions, billing & refunds

• In-app purchases/subscriptions (if offered) provide virtual items or features for the Service.
• Prices and billing terms are shown at checkout and may include taxes where applicable.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled through your platform account settings before renewal.
• Refunds are handled according to the store/platform policy and applicable New Zealand law. Digital items are generally non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law.

6) Prohibited conduct

• Cheating, exploiting bugs, botting, or manipulating outcomes.
• Fraud, chargeback abuse, or unauthorised payment activity.
• Harassment, hate speech, illegal content, or infringement of others’ rights.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, interfering with security, or disrupting the Service.

7) Intellectual property

The Service, including software, artwork, text, logos, and game content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as permitted by law or with our written consent.

8) Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under New Zealand law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the Service.

9) Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or users. Upon termination, your licence ends and virtual items may be forfeited where permitted by law.

10) Disputes

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve concerns. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it will be handled under New Zealand law and the courts of New Zealand will have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

11) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
